The side-view X-ray inspection solution scans rail cars for dangerous or illegal cargo such as cigarettes, explosives, narcotics and weapons. With its powerful 6MeV accelerator, it can scan up to 300 containers in 10 minutes. It has the ability to inspect through 300 mm of steel when the train is running at an optimal speed of 15 km/h.
