– the provisions of Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC,
– processing of personal data of contact persons, legal or conventional representatives, collaborators, employees and/or other natural persons designated by the contractual partners, transmitted to TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A for the purpose of carrying out contractual relations
we hereby inform you of the processing of personal data carried out for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts to which TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. is a party:
The capacity of TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. with regard to the processing of personal data
TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. is a personal data controller in accordance with the provisions of art. 4, paragraph 7 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the free movement of such data and subsequent legislation applicable in the field.

The personal data that are processed by TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. belong to the following categories of data subjects: contact persons designated by the contractual partners, their legal or conventional representatives, collaborators, employees and/or other categories of natural persons whose data are disclosed to TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. by the contractual partners (together, generically, hereinafter referred to as “Data Subjects”). These personal data are included in the documents transmitted to TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. upon the initiation of contractual relations with the contractual partners or during their development.
The grounds and purposes of the processing are as follows:
concluding and performing contracts with TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ contractual partners;
fulfilling the legal obligations of TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ in the context of performing contractual relationships, such as: obligations to prepare and keep financial and accounting documents; keeping personal data throughout the contractual relationship and archiving documents; conducting audits; managing controls carried out by authorities; implementing personal data security measures (including by making backup copies); formulating defenses in the event of a potential dispute; other legal obligations applicable depending on the nature of the contractual relationship and/or the quality of the contractual partner. In order to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ will rely, as appropriate, on the legal and contractual obligations it has.

TRIDENT SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE processes data provided by contractual partners in order to conclude and execute contractual reports, which include, but are not limited to: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.
Categories of recipients
Personal data are intended for use by TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. and may be disclosed to: data subjects for the exercise of their rights, shareholders of the company, auditors, public authorities and institutions based on public law obligations, lawyers for representation in the event of a possible dispute or for consultancy, bailiffs for contractual communications or the enforcement of possible court decisions, debt collection companies, contractual partners of TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. (courier companies, subcontractors, consultants and technical experts, etc.) for the conclusion and execution of contracts, banks for mortgaging receivables and/or obtaining financing and/or guarantee instruments, insurance companies for obtaining guarantee instruments, affiliated companies of TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. and in any other justified situations, with your prior notice, but only in order to fulfill the purpose mentioned above and aiming at protecting priority of your rights.
Duration of processing
TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. processes all information and personal data provided by contractual partners throughout the duration of the contractual relationships. Upon termination of these relationships, the information and personal data will be archived for a period of 10 years. After this period, your personal data will be destroyed in accordance with Law 16/1996 on the National Archives.
Data transfer outside the European Union
Currently, TRIDENT SERVICII ȘI MENTENANȚĂ S.A. does not transfer your personal data outside the European Union.
Rights of the data subjects
The rights you benefit from in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 are:
