Hardware and software maintenance consists of frequent checks of IT equipment in order to prevent their malfunction, as well as to maintain or remedy any defects found.

Considering that in 80% of cases, equipment breaks down because it is not checked periodically, it is important to note that the life of the equipment could be extended by at least 1 year with the proper IT maintenance.

Preventive IT maintenance

Consists of periodic visits to the client’s premises, during which general inspections of IT equipment will be carried out, based on the inspection plan agreed upon by the client. The purpose of these inspections is to prevent possible failures.

Corrective IT maintenance

Involves interventions at the client’s premises following the reporting of a problem in the operation of the equipment. The response and intervention time is guaranteed.
